Main Clean - this is a thorough clean of your property ideal for holiday change overs (internal and external areas) call for latest prices.
Your property will be cleaned to the highest standard ready for next guests or tenants. This includes everything within the Interim Clean Package, plus all balcony and Patio areas will be swept and cleaned. Ground floor/balcony accessible windows cleaned internal/external.
If an oven clean is required this is an addition 6 euros (£5 GPB)

Property Inspection
This is ideal if your property is vacant for a period of time. We will ensure that your property is secure, read all accessible meters and provide you with an inspection report. This is an external inspection only.
10 euro per visit (£8 GBP) external only
For an additional 5 euros (£4 GBP) we can also carry out an internal inspection of the property ensuring all electrical items are turned off. A set of keys to be provided for this service.
Property Maintenance
Prices for this equate to 12% of your average monthly rental
This includes arranging for all repairs and providing you with an inspection report if required. Owners are responsible for paying all repair charges in advance.
