The village of Mazotos is best know for the tourist attraction Camel Park, however this village as much more to offer than just that.The village as good supermarkets, bars with SKY sports if that is your thing!. Cypriots and the europeans mix very well, and the atmosphere in the village is very friendly. only 2 minute walk to the top of the hill to open countryside and either a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to the beach.
Zygi village is a 15 minute car ride away for great fish restaurants and Pervolia is only a 10 minute drive in the opposite direction fo good village taverna's.
You are only a 15 min drive from the airport and Larnaca and the camels are placed up on the main road and nowhere near the village.
The village centre enables views in one direction and the countryside and Stravouni monastry in the other. Mazotos is quiet friendly hospitable, and in an excellent location for touring the island. Properties for rent are available all year round, and excellent long term villas and apartments can be found for good rates.
