This is a homely 1st floor two bedroom apartment which you access through a staircase. As you open the door you will first come into the dining area & kitchen where you will find everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. The kitchen is separated from the dining area with a breakfast bar seating 3 people and the dining table seats 4. There are two bedrooms, both homely decorated and with two single beds each and the master bedroom benefits from a lovely seaview. The bathroom has a shower and there is a balcony with outdoor furniture, inviting you to enjoy your breakfast or dinner there. All rooms have standing fans for your comfort. For a larger party of guests, we also have a very similar 2 bedroom apartment available just next door to this one.

This apartment has a truly fantastic location as it is close to amenities – the nearest shop is in the same building as the apartment. It is within walking distance to the famous ‘Protaras Strip’ where you will find a wide variety of restaurants, tavernas, bars and cafes. The popular Fig Tree Bay beach is only a few minutes walk from the apartment.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us.
