This homely 2 bedroom apartment has the most fantastic location as you can't stay much closer to the beach than this, the sea is just a one min walk away.

Access to this 2nd floor apartment is via an outside staircase. As you step in to the apartment, you are in the open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need in a home away from home. There is a breakfast bar dividing the kitchen from the dining area and lounge, where you will find comfortable sofas and a tv. The master bedroom has a double bed from where you can fully enjoy the sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms are furnished in a homely way with ornaments and pictures on the walls. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

The kitchen/lounge area overlooks the sea, step out onto the balcony from here to enjoy the glorious view of the sandy beach beneath you and the Mediterranean sea for as far as you can see. This is the perfect spot for enjoying your breakfast in the morning, alfresco dining in the evening or perhaps a drink as the sun sets. There are sun loungers out here which are inviting you to just relax and look out over the ocean.

This apartment is located on a gated complex which has both a basketball court and plenty of pleasant gardens.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Meneou is small village situated approximately 10km west of Larnaka and 5km from Larnaka International Airport.  It is also within walking distance of the beach. 

It has a handful of shops but you would need to venture to the neighbouring villages of Kiti and Pervolia (1km and 4km respectively) for a more extensive range of shops and restaurants.
