This is a homely and sunny ground floor apartment with a lovely little garden. This apartment has a fantastic location as it is literally just around the corner from the famous Nissi Avenue which is the main street going through Agia Napa. This makes everything the town has to offer almost on your doorstep or within a short walking distance and as for amenities, the nearest supermarkets are only a couple of minutes stroll away. The sea is also within walking distance and you really can’t get much closer to all restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs etc while still stay on a less busy street.
Open the gate to the garden, step up onto the veranda and then into the apartment. You will first come into the open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge easily seat 4 people and here you will find items such as a flatscreen tv that shows the Nilesat satellite channels and also a DVD player. The lounge is decorated in a stylish way with a comfortable sofa and two large armchairs, glass coffee table and even an electric fire on the wall for the colder winter months.  Past the lounge is where the kitchen is and here you will find all things to ensure your self catering holiday is a comfortable one. The kitchen is provided with items such as washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware. Here is also the dining area which seats 4 people.
A door leads to the bedroom area.  Both bedrooms are furnished and decorated in a homely way with plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has a large double bed and the second bedroom boasts two single beds. In between the bedrooms is the bathroom which has a bath tub with overhead shower.
Step out onto the veranda both via the main entrance from the lounge or through a door in the master bedroom. Here you will find both table and chairs and a couple of wicker chairs making this the perfect spot for enjoying your coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening as the sun sets. A large umbrella welcomes you to enjoy this space even during the warm midday, perhaps for a siesta in the breeze or for relaxing moments with a book. Just below the veranda is another set of table and chairs as well as sun loungers inviting you to soak up the sun without having to leave your holiday home.
All rooms in this apartment have both warm/cold air conditioning as well as ceiling fans and for visitors during the winter months we also have portable radiators in both bedrooms. There is an assigned covered parking space at the back of the building should you choose to rent a car for your stay.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment.
