The sea is only a minute stroll away and just across the road in the other direction you will enjoy views of the famous Meneou salt lake which when filled with water in the winter boosts the seasonal return of pink flamingoes. This house has a spacious outside area which goes around the whole house. It is covered in part so you can choose whether to soak up the sun or relax in the shade.
Step inside from one of the two patio doors and come into the sunny and light lounge and kitchen area. The large, modern kitchen has all appliances such as micro wave, water cooler, kettle & toaster and the lounge area comfortably seats 6 people in front of the flat screen tv.
A staircase leads up to the second floor where the two bedrooms are which are both homely decorated. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom consists of two single beds. On this floor you will also find the bathroom which has a large bath tub, a separate utility room with washing machine and a balcony which is accessible from the master bedroom.
This house has recently been refurbished to a high standard and it has ac units in all rooms.
The bedrooms and upstairs balcony have partial sea view whereas the kitchen & lounge overlook the salt lake.
You will be spoilt for choice on how to best enjoy days outdoors here, whether it be by joining locals in their early morning walk on the endless pebbled beach or simply relax with a book in the sun, enjoy al fresco dining on the patio or perhaps a drink as the sun sets over the mountains in the distance.

This property is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us.
