Very spacious, modern and bright luxurious penthouse furnished to a high standard located on a complex with communal swimming pool in the village of Oroklini. As you open the door to the apartment you will first come in to a spacious open plan dining area/lounge/kitchen. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people,as does the lounge area where you will find a flatscreen tv showing satellite channels and a dvd player for days when you feel like relaxing indoors. The kitchen is well equipped to make your stay a comfortable one, it has a large fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. You can access the balcony which overlooks the communal pool from here. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a door leading out onto the balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds and direct access to the patio through large doors. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and are homely decorated with bedside tables and small lamps. There is a family bathroom with a bath tub in the hallway between the bedrooms and next to it is a guest cloak room. Open the doors from the dining area and step out onto a very large private patio which is furnished both with dining table and chairs seating 6 people as well as a few sun loungers and an umbrella. The size of the outside area and the apartment itself truly makes this property feel more like a house than an apartment. The patio is ideal for relaxing in the sun or shade and if you would like a swim, the complex offers a large communal swimming pool for you to enjoy. The apartment has its own allocated covered parking space right outside the main entrance to the block.
This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment.
