As you open the small wooden gate you will first notice the large patio area that surrounds two sides of the house. Here will you find both covered areas for shade and uncovered areas for times when you feel like soaking up the sun. This outside area is furnished both with table, chairs and sun loungers, making this the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, al fresco dining or perhaps a siesta in the afternoon. There are an abundance of succulent plants in this area which really does give the house character and the true ‘home away from home-feeling’. Outside you will find an enclosed shower if you would like to cool off while sunbathing and also a toilet.
The ground floor of the house consists of a large open plan open kitchen, dining area and lounge. In the kitchen you will find all items you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday such as washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and plenty of utensils for days when you feel like cooking at home. The lounge is furnished with both a sofa and armchairs and it has a flatscreen tv. The dining area seats 4 people and on this ground floor you will also find a sofa that folds down to a sofa bed should you need additional bed space. A door from the dining area and also large patio doors from the lounge area allow for the sea breeze to come inside and there is also a ceiling fan on this floor of the house.
A staircase lead up to the first floor, which is where you will find the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have both a/c and ceiling fans, plenty of wardrobe space and are decorated in a homely way. The master bedroom has a balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful side seaview.
There is a family bathroom in which has a bath tub with over head shower.

This property is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment.
