As you walk in to this villa you will first come in to the lounge area to your left and dining area to your right. The open plan architecture makes this spacious room light and sunny. The lounge area consists of stylish white leather sofas that comfortably seats 4 people and the dining area has room for 8 guests. The large, country-style kitchen is very well equipped and with items such as dish washer and washing machine to name a few, it has everything you will need to make your self catering holiday a comfortable one. You will find another dining area here which seats 6 people and this open plan spacious room also holds an informal lounge area with a flatscreen tv, making this the natural place to gather on days when you feel like cooking at home.
A large marble staircase takes you up to the second floor, which is where you will find the four bedrooms and bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a single bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and en suite with shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony, inviting you to perhaps enjoy your morning coffee out here. The third and fourth bedroom have a sliding door between them to give you the option of using them as one large bedroom if you have children or to close off the bedrooms turning them into separate rooms for privacy. Both of these bedrooms have a double bed and they share a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are specious and decorated in a homely way and there is plenty of wardrobe space.
There is a/c throughout and you will find a guest cloak room with wash basin on the ground floor.
Doors from the kitchen area leads out onto a patio which is covered with a wooden roof and has a ceiling fan for when you would like to sit in the shade and perhaps read a book or take an afternoon siesta in the summer breeze.
Steps lead up to the large pool area which is fenced and has a small gate for child security. The crystal clear swimming pool is larger than average for a private villa and here you will find plenty of space for your sun loungers and a large umbrella gives you the option of soaking up the sun or relax in the shade. This is the ideal place to spend long, lazy afternoons enjoying your holiday to the fullest.
Outside the entrance to the house you will see lemon trees which when in season have plenty of large, yellow lemons and the scent is just fantastic when you walk past! Adjacent to the villa is the underground garage which has a car port. The property has a large gate which is controlled by a gate fob and the whole garden area is secluded and private for your comfort.

Pyla is a charming village with a fascinating history as this is the only village in Cyprus where both Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots live peacefully side by side since the war back in 1974. This can be noticed when you see both a church and a mosque in the village. You will find some lovely taverns and restaurants in Pyla as well as amenities such as supermarkets, butchers and a pharmacy.
Only a few short minutes drive from Pyla is Dhekelia Road where you will find kilometers of Blue Flag beaches offering everything from a truly relaxing day in the sun to more adventurous watersports. You will also find a wide choice of restaurants, taverns, bars and cafes along this coastal road with something to suit every taste, from Chinese and Mexican restaurants to the popular tavern Vlachos where you can enjoy traditional Cypriot cuisine such as meze.
A few minutes away with car is the village of Oroklini which offers bakeries and kiosks that are open 24/7 as well as supermarket and amenities such as banks and pharmacy and yet more bars, restaurants and traditional taverns for an evening out. The village also has a church, Prophet Elias chapel which is located on top of the mountain surrounding the village. You can either trek or drive all the way up to the top of the mountain and it is well worth a visit for the amazing view of the sea, the fields and the silhouette of Larnaca town in the distance.
