This is a one bedroom ground floor apartment which has a large patio. It is located on a complex with two communal swimming pools, sauna, gym and childrens playroom, all of which you are more than welcome to use freely during your stay here. The apartment is furnished in a homely way with plenty of pictures and ornaments making it a lovely home away from home.

As you open the door to the apartment you will first come into the open plan lounge and kitchen. The lounge has a flatscreen tv with satellite channels and a sofa that comfortably seats 4 people and can be folded down into a sofa bed. There is a dining area which also seats 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need in a holiday home, items such as microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower.

The apartment has a/c throughout and there is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom for your comfort. A lot of thought has been put into equipping the apartment to make your stay a comfortable one, which is why you will find items such as iron and hairdryer for your use as well as a comprehensive tourist booklet with information about local attractions in the area.

Access to the large patio is both through the lounge area and bedroom. Out here you will find outside dining table and chairs making this the perfect location for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining while taking in the peaceful, tranquil settings. There is a barbeque here which you of course are welcome to use and you will also find items such as umbrella and sun chairs for days when you feel like relaxing at home.

There is a large communal swimming pool area on the complex and the apartment has its own covered parking space.

This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.

Tersefanou is located on the outskirts of Larnaca and offers tranquillity, sea and countryside views and only a very short drive from just about anything you wish to do.
