It is on top of a hill with very peaceful surroundings and breathtaking view both over olive groves with mountains in the distance and the Mediterranean sea. Both the kitchen, lounge, master bedroom, balcony and roof garden have sea view. Access to this 1st floor apartment is via an outside staircase.
The apartment consist of an open plan lounge/dining area with a large comfortable sofa in front of the tv and dvd player. Spacious dining area with furniture that seats 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with everything from washing machine to microwave and kettle & toaster.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom consists of two single beds. The main bedrooms have a/c. There is a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.
Both the main bedroom and lounge have large patio doors leading out to a balcony which is shared with the neighbouring apartment. Take a seat in the outside furniture here to enjoy your dinner or follow the stairway that leads up to the large roof garden. Up here you will find table, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and a barbecue. This is the perfect spot for relaxing days soaking up the sun and when the evening comes, why not cook your dinner on the barbecue while taking in the scenery of glittering sea while the sun is setting over the mountains.
This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment.
