This spacious and modern 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the heart of Larnaca, making it the ideal choice for families wanting to explore everything that the town has to offer within easy reach. The famous Seafront with its many restaurants, bars & cafes not to mention the long, sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment, as are the main shopping streets and other attractions such as museums and galleries are also within walking distance.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and very tastefully decorated. There is a spacious open plan lounge with two leather sofa beds and both a flatscreen tv and a dvd player. The large dining area comfortably seats 6 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need in a home away from home.

There are three bedrooms which all have a double bed and plenty of closet space. There is a family bathroom and the master bedroom has its own en suite.

Access to the large balcony is via the lounge and two of the bedrooms. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs making it the perfect place for soaking up the sun while at home or enjoying al fresco dining or perhaps a drink as the sun sets.

The apartment has a/c throughout for your comfort. You will find both local and international channels on the tv and free internet access is included in the rental price. There is an allocated parking space at the rear of the building if you choose to rent a car during your holiday.

This property is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don’t hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.

Larnaca Town Centre is known to locals as 'Finikoudes' (meaning small palm trees) is where the heart of Larnaca is beating. The promenade is a cosmopolitan place with paved areas, colorful flower beds and lots of palm trees of all sizes. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs, spacious and so well equipped. It was freezing while we were there but the air conditioning units kept us nice and warm and there were plenty of extra blankets and linen. We were in Larnaca for family commitments with three adult children and it was perfectly situated for all of us. Many thanks and we will be back!

I stayed here with my husband and three children ranging from 3 yrs to 15 yrs and found it was the perfect location for all of us. Close enough to the beach and shops so that we could walk everywhere but being a few streets back from the promenade it was peaceful at night. I was really impressed by how big all the rooms are and they have proved everything you could want. Also, really good consistent air-conditioning which is so important when its 40 degrees outside. I would definitely book it again.

Stayed here for a week over Christmas with the family. The flat was spotless , spacious and located just walking distance from Finikoudes beach so we didn't even need to hire a car. Would definitely stay here again.

The flat is immaculate and the location is just perfect! The owners are very friendly and really treated us like family. Upon your arrival we had complimentary tea, coffee, milk, bread and eggs from their field. Great Value for money

We had an excellent stay in this flat. It's in a convenient location a short walk from shops and the beach. It was well equipped with just about everything you could possibly need, including was tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bread there for our arrival. There was even wifi and cable tv with lots of English channels. The weather was hot during our stay but each room had air conditioning to keep us cool. It was immaculately clean too. Would recommend this flat for small family groups.

This place is amazing! 8 of us stayed here and it was really spacious with a massive balcony! The flat is equipped with modern and contemporary furniture, large cable TV, Air con and free Wifi. Fantastic location close to all the shops you need, restaurants and of course the finikoudes beachfront. Warm and friendly owners with very easy contact.... I would most definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone who is thinking of coming to Cyprus! You really do get value for money here, well worth it!

We have been a family group comprising 5 adults, one senior citizen, and one child. Everybody has felt very comfortable staying in the flat. The location is prime, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and city centre amenities, a 3-minute drive to the hypermarket Carrefour and an adjacent food supermarket, with a convenience mini-market located in the same block. Lift in the block is clean and always in order, which makes ascending very easy for an older person. The allocated parking spot is an essential bonus for those renting a car. The flat is not noisy at all if to keep all the doors and windows closed. A huge advantage of the flat is whisper quiet and efficient air-conditioning in every room and kitchen-diner. The 3 genuine double bedrooms, with one of them en-suite, can be complemented by the use of enormous lounge with 2 quite cosy sofa beds should it be necessary to decently sleep 8 people. The main balcony is huge and can party a dozen. All floors are tiled, which is very hygienic and easy to clean. The flat is stylish and in a very good decorative order, with all the appliances functioning flawlessly. It is impossible to fault the flat on anything. In addition, the landlady and her family are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Once the Wi-Fi was requested, it was installed within days along with cable TV. There was always somebody on the phone to respond to any queries. If we decide to spend another holiday in Cyprus we shall endeavour to book this flat again.

this is a very comfortable apartment. Owners are friendly easy to contact giving peace of mind. Close to beach only 10 min walk . car parking space available. Ample electricity points ,DVD player.

Very comfortable large apartment which is well presented and has all amenities required. Spotless clean and well looked after property. Owners very accommodating and friendly. Location is near to all amenities, beach, shops, entertainment, restaurants, etc, and in quiet area.
