This 2 bedroom house is a real gem, tucked away on a peaceful small cul de sac street yet less than 500 meters from the glittering Mediterranean sea with its long beaches and restaurants, bars and cafes on the popular Dhekelia Road. It is not located in Oroklini village but in what is called Oroklini Tourist area which is a widespread area closer to the sea.
Downstairs you will find the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to ensure your self catering holiday is comfortable, including washing machine. The dining area seats 4 people and the lounge area is great for days when you feel like relaxing indoors and watch a bit of tv.
Large patio doors lead out into the homely back garden and at the end of it is the gate into the well maintained communal pool area. As only a few houses share the swimming pool and surrounding pool area, it is never too crowded but instead the ideal place to soak up the sun or have a little snooze in the shade.
A large staircase from the open plan ground floor lead up to the second floor of the house, which is where you will find the bedrooms and family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are homely decorated and with plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a lovely little balcony overlooking the garden, pool area and sea in the distance. The modern bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms and it has a bath tub with overhead shower.
The house is very homely and fully ac throughout. You can easily park your rental car on the drive way and if you choose not to have a car during your stay there are bus stops along Dhekelia Road and also a local taxi service that operates 24/7.
