This is a light and modern apartment with wifi that is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped with everything you will need to make your self catering stay comfortable. The lounge has the most amazing sea views as does the balcony, making this the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast or al fresco dining while enjoying the breath taking view over the fields and sea while the open plan lounge/dining area and kitchen makes it the natural area to relax together indoors. There are two bedrooms, the master bedroom boasts seaview and has a double bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both of the bedrooms are homely decorated and have plenty of closet space. Between the lounge area and the bedrooms is the family bathroom which has a bath tub with over head shower.
This apartment has a/c throughout and items such as washing machine, flatscreen tv, kettle, toaster and plenty of kitchenware for days when you feel like cooking at home. It is located on a nice, well kept complex with a lovely pool area which you of course are more than welcome to use.
This apartment is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.
Pervolia is a friendly village where you will find both traditional tavernas, restaurants, bars and cafes. The area of Pervolia and the closeby village of Kiti which is only a few mins drive away offer all amenities such as supermarkets, banks, bakeries, butchers, green grocers and pharmacies to name a few. It also have cultural sites that are well worth a visit, such as a castle and the famous Church of Angels. There are plenty of wonderful beaches to choose from in the area, one of them is the sandy beach of Faros which is only around 1.5 km away from the apartment. This beach is very popular amongst the locals as it offers a wide range of water sports for the more active and you will also find sunbeds and umbrellas for those who prefer a relaxing day in the shade. Within easy reach and in about 15 mins by car is the village of Mazotos which has a camel park that offers plenty of activities for a fun family day out. And of course Larnaca town with all it has to offer is also only a 15 min drive away. It is easy to access the highway that takes you to the larger cities such as Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos or to the eastern side of Cyprus if you would like to discover other parts of the island on a daytrip during your holiday.
