This spacious villa is furnished to a very high standard, it has a/c throughout and internet access in all rooms.
Inside area: As you open the door to the villa you will first come into a large reception/lounge area with comfortable sofa for days when you feel like relaxing at home. If you are visiting during the cooler winter months, there is a fireplace in this room making it ideal for cozy evenings.
Come into the spacious lounge area & kitchen where you will find everything to make your holiday as comfortable as possible, items such as large fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, kettle & toaster. Just behind the kitchen area is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine. On this floor you will also find a guest cloakroom.
Make your way up the marble staircase to the upper floor which is where the 4 bedrooms are located.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom. Step outside on to the balcony from this bedroom to enjoy the view over the pool area and garden. Breakfast out here can only be described as the perfect way to start your day!
There are two other bedrooms which both have two single beds each and the third bedroom has a double bed. All bedrooms are homely decorated and have ample wardrobe space.
On this floor you will also find the family bathroom with bath tub.
Outside area: Large sliding glass doors lead out to the patio where you will find a dining table and chairs made for enjoying a meal or an evening drink comfortably in the shade.
There is a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers – perfect for a lazy day soaking up the sun. The whole of the garden is private and secluded with hedges and fence making it ideal for children wanting to run around in the grass as well as for ensuring your privacy whilst enjoying your holiday.
This villa is looked after by a local management company ensuring that you are in the very best of hands. We offer services such as airport transfer for an additional fee alternatively we can recommend car hire companies or assist in booking a taxi for when you arrive. We will either meet you upon arrival or provide details of how you will obtain the keys and we are always available throughout your stay if you have any questions. We have put a lot of thought in giving you that little bit extra service. An example of this is that you will find complimentary coffee, tea, milk and sugar for initial welcome drink in the apartment. Should you wish us to arrange welcome packs such as breakfast for example or perhaps a bottle of champagne for an extra charge then please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that you are also able to hire items such as travel cots, high chairs and z-beds through us.
